测试红外光谱及时间分辨红外光谱：
检测器：DTGS 和 20Hz TRS MCT
检测范围：4000-400 cm-1
时间分辨率：50 ns-s

Nicolet 870步进扫描时间分辨红外光谱仪是美国Nicolet公司出品，配有50 ns相应的MCT检测器。泵浦激光采用纳秒Nd:YAG激光器，波长可输出266、355、532和1064 nm。由Stanford DG 535脉冲信号发生器实现光谱仪和脉冲激光器之间的匹配和时序上的一致。MCT检测器的输出信号经外加Stanford SR560前置放大器放大后由快速响应的数据采集卡进行记录，同时由示波器进行信号采集和监测。本设备的时间分辨率为50 ns-s，光谱采集范围4000-400 cm^-1。
